Slumberpod Rental Terms of Service

Please read over the following agreement and by clicking "I agree" to terms of service you agree to abide by the following:

By clicking "I agree", you acknowledge that I will provide you with the Slumberpod (and optional fan) disinfected and clean. You agree to pick-up the Slumberpod at our agreed upon time at 216 Campbell Street. If you fail to pick-up the Slumberpod at our agreed upon time you will still be charged for your rental period. If you fail to drop off the Slumberpod by 5:00pm CST at 216 Campbell Street on the last day of your rental period you will be charged $10 every day until the Slumberpod is returned. If you have still failed to return the Slumberpod after 2 business days, you will be charged the full amount of the Slumberpod and fan ($289.85 CAD)


YOUR COMMITMENT:
 

  • To use the Slumberpod as instructed by the manual included.

  • To only use the Slumberpod indoors. No tents, yurts, or for any outdoor use.

  • To not smoke, use illicit drugs, spill food or drink on or near the slumberpod. Any soiling of the Slumberpod, will result in your credit card being charged a $75 cleaning fee.

  • Any damages to the Slumberpod will result in you paying for replacement ($289.85 CAD). The Slumberpod and fan will be inspected closely for any damages. Photos will be taken by Little Star Sleep Solutions prior to and concluding each rental period..

  • You will not loan the Slumberpod to any third party individuals or groups during your rental period.

MY COMMITMENT:

  • To wash and sanitize the Slumberpod and fan prior to any rental

  • To have the Slumberpod ready for you at our agreed upon time.

  • To be available for you to drop off the Slumberpod rental at our agreed upon time.

Exclusion/Limitation Of Liability

Little Star Sleep Solutions does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding rental services provided. Little Star Sleep Solutions’ liability (if any) is limited to the rental fee paid by you to Little Star Sleep Solutions, and in no event will Little Star Sleep Solutions be liable to you for any other claim, losses or damages.

 
Agreement of Payment

Client agrees to pay Little Star Sleep Solutions by the "pick-up date". No guarantees of success can be made by Little Star Sleep Solutions. Little Star Sleep Solutions will not provide refunds after the completion of the "Rental Period" for a dissatisfied client.
